Adult Membership

Please complete the Form below to apply for membership of Andover Lawn Tennis Club.

The submitted application form will be sent to the Secretary, Mr John Snowden.
Please do not enclose your cheque until the committee has considered your application. Committee Meetings are held every month. Whilst your application is under consideration, you are most welcome to make full use of the club's facilities and join in with the other players on club nights. The Club Secretary will let you know the outcome of your application as soon as possible.

This is free and provides you with information from the LTA. It also allows you to apply for Wimbledon Tickets and compete in LTA tournaments. ALTC will sign you up unless you tick this box to say no.

All subscriptions are re-newed in April the following year. As the year moves forward the subscription rate is reduced, hence the different amounts in the boxes. Only ONE category of membership may be applied for. The membership category that I/we would like to apply for is:
