Junior Membership

Please complete the Form below to apply for membership of Andover Lawn Tennis Club.

The submitted application form will be sent to the Secretary, Ms Claire Reid

Please do not enclose your cheque until the committee has considered your application. Committee Meetings are held every month. Whilst your application is under consideration, you are most welcome to make full use of the club's facilities and join in with the other players on club nights. The Club Secretary will let you know the outcome of your application as soon as possible.

Junior Membership Application Form 2011

Players between 11 years and 18 years of age. Questions marked with an 'red star' must be completed. Coaching is available for all juniors. Payment is in addition to the membership subscription.

In order that we are able to provide the safest possible environment for your son / daughter, please indicate any medical conditions that we should be aware of. (e.g. asthma, epilepsy, hearing impairment, allergies etc.)

We encourage all members of A.L.T.C. to be members of British Tennis. This is free for Juniors and a junior will need have a British Tennis Membership number in order to compete in Tournaments. A.L.T.C. will sign up your son/daughter for membership of British Tennis unless you tick this box.
