On Sunday 5th September, the Club held its annual Club Championship Finals Day. Despite the showery weather all the finals were played and some very good tennis matches impressed the spectators who came to watch. Events ranged from the Under 6 Mini Red Final to the Veteran Men's and Ladies Singles Finals. We were proud to have the Deputy Mayor, Mrs Zilliah Brookes as our Guest Of Honour, and Mr Eric Chambers, Trustee and Chairman of the Development Committe, who also presented some of the trophies.
