The A.L.T.C. Committee is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting, held in November each year. The Officers of the Club are elected to serve for a three year period on a rotational basis. Other members of the Committee are elected each year which includes 2 junior representatives. All club members are invited to attend the A.G.M. Only members over the age of 18 are entitled to a vote.
The Committee organises many events throughout the year which includes the Club Championship, the Wingfield Tournament, junior competitions, quiz nights, Macmillan Coffee mornings.
